kids running around
orange pumpkins, how many?
the clouds of an autumn season
i bet miss molly, the cow freezing her ass off
and her precious babies with their pretty eyes
chickens, i felt bad cos i ate their family members
poor, poor sweet pink pigs, i know they don’t have much mud
and ate too much pumpkin seeds
while a lady sang
her nursery rhymes on stage
beautiful babies, their unknown innocence
and i kinda got stuck on that ramp
when that thing has made me dizzy
dizzier
stopped at the three mirrors and
i was dancing with no music but only in my head
not getting lost in corn fields
i picked up a medium size pumpkin
for my mom
as i promise her for a sweet pumpkin
and i thought about her
everyone picked up
a one pumpkin
for a holiday season
Jack-O-Lantern
pumpkin pie
cook up pumpkin seeds
there’s hays
everywhere
at a cox farm
on a hill
where i slow down my fears
cos i was scared
that i might go fast rolling
to hit someone
or fall down to the side
yet i didn’t hurt
nobody
that was good for me
after my group and i left,
the wind blew colder, even colder
it is always a sign
that winter storms will be
coming our way soon….
