Autumn days

autumn days

leaves are falling

and i remember those sweet autumn days

when you were on my mind

made me blush

how that happen, my dear?

those autumn days

i remember when you were there

walking with your shadow

and oh, i almost pass out

but i was cool

in my own shoes

and so much calm

butterflies didn't go over my head

cos those autumn days were my most beautiful days

i ever had

when leaves change their colors

and i saw you

smiling

giving me a slight pitch on my arm

as we exchange words

in that sweet moment

i liked you through autumn days

we glances our ways to our different direction

with feeling i have developed just passing by

ah autumn days

i don't count them

i never count how many thoughts of you

i just sat there

flashing my grins

blushing

knew i gotta crsh on you

on those days

on autumn days....

Little black angel

little black angels

their wings are gold, pink, baby blue
their skin is so soft and olive
their dark hands in the sky

they soars
they conceal
they sing and groove

i saw them my little black angels
they hit the drum of my soul
let me dance let them swirl like bubbles
cos i know my little black angels always be in

my heart playing the drums of love……

a city girl who likes butterflies
she also likes faith
maybe many trees on each pavement

oh she has to fly
fly away
wanted to land the romantic city of Paris

yet she would endup meeting a sweet french boy
& fell in love with him

oh a city girl who likes butterflies
especially in her belly
swaying around a thouand times

each time, she think of them
she's flying high
& imagining of going to Paris---

being with a sweet french boy----

love

love is filled with
warmth
oh so sweet and even soft
like precious baby hands
even smiling faces
for my mother, she always be my look out
and dear, may i say?
my heart grew each day
knowing

there is love
my love, my mother’s love
hands of love
unconditionally beautiful…….

when she carries me in her womb
for almost nine months
and i was born premature
sick for days
though she's there
holding my tiny hands
telling me stories
after all,
she smiled
hold me in her open arms
it seems like
every mother and her child would do

Michael Jackson

i was in love with Michael Jackson
so in love
that some day
i would marry him
and people thought
i was crazy
and silly
cos
people thought
he’s weird
and do weird things to himself

but
i didn’t care about their judgments
he was a legend
the King of Pop
all over the world
until this day

Michael have an impact
in my life through
my childhood
i used to play
his music
over and over
watch him on tv
over and over
his posters were on
my walls

i mean,
my brother used to
imitate his dance moves
and saying, “hoooooooo”
or “hehe”
always cracked me up

have you notice the tape
on Michael’s finger
or sparkling glove on his hand?

the way he moonwalk
the way he sings
and remember when he was a little boy,
he was in the Jackson 5
and every girl wants to date him
and i wasn’t even born yet

i don’t remember
who’s introduce me to him
not in person
i don’t remember
when i first saw him
but i was in love
with him
maybe
he was my first crush
out of the other men

and i know
he did some bad things
in the past
but people shouldn’t judge
him
or shouldn’t accuse him
cos he’s famous
and rich
and think he made his skin pale white
and he wore make up
and have a sensitive voice

doesn’t anyone talk about his music anymore?
and talked about how he sings to the world?
Michael Jackson
has a really beautiful warm heart
just like his mother
don’t you know he visited the nations
talking to children
who has issues and diseases?
and don’t you know
he went to the White House and president Regan gave him award about teenagers’ drinking and driving

and also music..

i totally forgot
he was the greatest entertainer of all time
since the day he was born
1958
when Martin Luther King Jr.
was trying to make a change

and now
i am watching Michael Jackson
on youtube
bringing me so
much memories
i feel my heart whole

cos
i was so much in love
that people never understand why
why i love this guy…

well he’s incredible
he made me love pop
made me love rock ‘n’ roll
made me love r&b
made me love soul
before
poetry has come into my life

why didn’t i left my icon,
Michael Jackson?
i ran into the boyband called
backstreet boys
and fell in love with them

and i’m sorry
that i cheated Michael Jackson
but he went old on me
and i started to believe
what people say

though
now here are my memories
in my hands
looking through the childhood
of my love for Michael
when i watched Michael
on youtube
i forgot he’s sexy
handsome
charming
and wonderful

i felt tears
coming out
my eyes
but
they didn’t pour
cos

i held it in
all in my chest
and the old kai who loves Michael Jackson
is coming out
again
and again

cos he made me
in a way
he sings my favorite songs
his moonwalk made me glow
i was one of the biggest thousands fan
in his history
yet he doesn’t know that
cos
i haven’t met the guy
and he haven’t met me
until someday
if we do ever meet,

Michael would moonwalk and sing
and i’d write poetry and make butterflies
together we would be lifetime friends
not lovers
we would be the most talented people
that ever live

so God bless him
and his family
and his friends
and his trillions, trillions of fans
all over the globe

Vitiligo

losing your pigment

like changing color of your skin

some say

you bleach your skin to make it a skin disease

some say

you burn yourself

I’m not sure how Michael Jackson turns white

anymore

cos I’m scare that’s true of what they say.

I’m scare that he might lie all along

and I was afraid that I won’t love him no more

I just know he has it

some people saw

he has the blotches all over his body

with his make up he just cover himself up

I believe in him

I’ll always believe in him

but with the rumors going on

I don’t know anymore

When Lee Thomas came along

he’s brave

came out like he has no shame anymore

though words hurt

cos people are ignorant

and children would stare in horror

children don’t know

but some come around

and learn

and some

don’t discriminate,

to the toddlers or small babies,

vitiligo were called "boo boo"

vitiligo

people has it should not

be afraid of themselves

you’re still the same person you are

you’re still beautiful no matter what you are

let people talk cos they always do

but don’t let words hurt you, try not to let them go into your head

this is for the people

with vitiligo who

are brave and not a shame

I look up to them

like Lee Thomas

this is for the people

with vitiligo who

are self-conscious and not having the confidence

in yourself

I don’t have vitiligo but I know you don’t

have to be afraid of who you really are

take a look at yourself in the mirror

you know you are beautiful

inside and out as long as you take care of yourself

don’t let the ignorance bring you down

don’t let the ignorance over shallows you

as for Michael Jackson,

it is still a mystery and I still believe he

has vitiligo

no matter what people are saying..

But he should not be afraid of

being in his own skin without makeup

without mask

without disguise

even though the ignorance went into his head

a true man in the mirror has to come out

and not be shame of himself

he should help others

who has vitiligo

and express how he got it

you know he should donate money

for vitiligo foundation

and I am a Michael Jackson fan

and see pictures of him with skin changes

I can’t even tell he has it or bleach

but I still believe he has vitiligo

the way he describe vilitigo

to Oprah

and his makeup artist said he has it

so I believe him.

You know

vitiligo has happen to every race

it has happen to both gender, age,

and you know

it’s not contagious

it’s not a deadly disease

have to be careful in the sun and

it might causes cancer

I felt empathy

of people with vitiligo

who were being made fun of

and it could be lonely at times

when ignorance came and mess up their lives

you know saying things like “you’re ugly”,

“you’re a monster”,

or “have you burn yourself? have you bleach yourself to be white?”

This is why

I am writing this encouraging inspiring poem

from the bottom of my heart

to the people with vitiligo

only to let them know you’re still the same person

you are

you are still you

you have to take care of yourself

and try not to let nobody bring you down

you are beautiful in your own way

don’t let vitiligo stop you from what you’re doing

don’t let vitiligo lock you up in the dark room

just be yourself..

Yet I don’t have vitiligo

but I have a friend who has it

and he doesn’t care or not aware what it is on his hand

he feels comfortable in his own skin

I wish Michael would come out of

his own closet

without makeup

without his mask or a scarf

and not be a shame

it will help a lot of people

to come out of their closet

like Lee Thomas did..

For him, he should not wear makeup either

even if people are disturb, saying mean things

they should get over it

they should flip the channel

or try to accept him

do whatever it takes that keep the ignorance from

staring

vitiligo has to dealt with racism

like you’re bleaching your skin white

so you can get everything you want

or you don’t like to be black, so you put

cream on your skin to be white

that is never true

it never was true for that matter

people who has it

have to deal with that kind of racism

in each day

it really hurts when people

say those things

first of all

people with vitiligo who

are stronger

than the ignorance

and it is not their fault

you know

God loves them

too

Jesus loves them also

even if they change themselves

God loves them

like I love my friend

like I love Michael Jackson

so whatever you do

don’t tease them

don’t call them names

respect them as the way you want others to respect you

and they are our people in all races

our human beings who are just like you and me

on a moonlit floor

at me
gazing without words
instead, i took your hand
and you lift me up
into your arms
upon the moonlit floor
cradling me
with your kisses
your oh so sweet-nothings
while stars become
angels' eyes
spying down
on us
at the monlit floor
dancing away

Complain10-23-08

why do we complain too much when we have enough happiness there is? is it not enough? or are we not that happy yet? cos how did we enjoy complaining about everything, and people, not realizing the joy of a complaint itself. i think we should complain on bigger things like the President of united states, knowing what he is doing. or the boss, he or she is not being fair to anyone. if you can complaint too much about your own life, then you’re living in a real world of misery. in life, we can never always get what we want all the time, i am sorry that spoil the “magic.” but it is the harsh truth. people can never have their ways all the time, especially a lot of rich people, they always complaining. i wonder why we complain too much about others when we don’t complain ourselves.
